[Bug]: Taskbar turn transparent in Battery(Energy) Saver

• I have checked the issue tracker if my bug has already been fixed or answered in another (possibly closed) issue.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Install and activate TranslucentTB
2. Turning the Battery Saver
3. Done.

Expected results

When I turn the Power Saver I want it to be Acrylic like it does in normal mode.

Actual results

When it normal power mode everything is fine, but when I turn on Battery Saver mode the taskbar turns translucent. Tried both with battery saver(within the app) enabled and disabled.

Windows 11 SV2 (builds 22621-22622)

Other details

There is another bug report on this, but their problem seemed a little different. In their post the fullscreen content seemed to fill out the taskbar.
I have a few customization mods like WindHawk, Rainmeter, and a File Explorer translucent mod. Disabled all then tried, still same, so the other mods have nothing to do with it.

Relevant log output

Start by reproducing the issue on Windows 11 builds 22621-22622, comparing normal power mode with Battery Saver enabled and checking whether the in-app Battery Saver setting changes the result. Use the reported expected Acrylic appearance and translucent actual appearance as the acceptance criteria, while confirming the listed customization mods are not involved.
