[Bug]: Taskbar goes black and remains black when I open start menu.

Steps to reproduce the issue

When you click the start menu button, the whole taskbar goes black.

Expected results

The taskbar should be fully transparent and remain with similar results with my Windhawk taskbar styler settings.

Actual results

The taskbar is black when you start it up too. It can become transparent again by clicking on the sliders or interactive elements in the taskbar quick settings, or clicking on an interactive button in some apps, but only works sometimes, and you can keep it like that until you open the start menu. It goes black again and resetting it back to normal is quite peculiar to do and surprising.

Other details

I'm completely up-to-date. All my drivers for the affected PC, including the GTX 1060 and Intel HD 630 GPUs are all complete.

The issue names no source files, tests, or entry points. Start by reproducing the black taskbar after opening the Start menu on Windows 11 24H2, then trace the taskbar transparency behavior and compare it with the reported quick-settings interactions. Done means the taskbar remains transparent with the user's Windhawk Taskbar Styler settings after opening Start.
