Research direction
No source file, test, or entry point is named. Start by reproducing the issue on Windows 11 Insider build 22635.3575 with a non-transparent taskbar, then invoke Search Menu with Ctrl+S; done means the taskbar retains its configured Mica or other non-transparent style.
