Description
To make it easier to understand what version people are using when there's a problem, we should attach a hash that represents what version or commit of NL they are using.
cc: @aaronmondal for how we might be able to stamp this by default but not invalidate cache?

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating where client-side errors are constructed and how NativeLink’s version or commit is available, then determine how to attach it without invalidating the cache; done means all client-side errors carry that version identifier.
