Description

The fallback handler installed to handle arbitrary --tags interferes with the prefix matching on --help that implicitly lets -h work. I'm not sure what can be done about this because add_fallback() is an undocumented and unsupported API.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the crash with mo tag -h, then inspect the fallback handler for arbitrary --tags and the undocumented add_fallback() API. Done means -h works without crashing while arbitrary --tags fallback behavior remains intact.
