Description
Implement morphological dilation after GRIDobj.dilate. From TopoToolbox: "dilate is a simple wrapper around imdilate that handles NaNs." We could probably add a morphological dilation to src/morphology. We still don't have a great solution for handling NaNs (#20), but we could do that either with a wrapper in libtopotoolbox or in the packages.
