Description

On my instance (LogiVert), I am working on adding likes from real... It should be pretty simple, by just adding a likes column to the database then just adding likes per new post and they reset when you update your status. Possibly also have the "important people" (eg. the creators of instances, etc.) have a "highlighted like" where if they like something it will say "TodePond liked this post" or "Svenlaa and Tristie liked this post".

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the Logiverse post and status-update implementation and the database schema, then determine how likes should persist, reset, and display for ordinary and highlighted accounts. Done means the behavior and design are agreed and the requested like display works consistently.
