### Problem to solve

Since October 2024, Android and HarmonyOS have no longer been compatible. That is why a separate filter is required for this.

### Proposal

- [ ] Add a filter for HarmonyOS.
- [ ] Every App that has a documented appgallery.huawei.com Id should be shown when it is active.

Research direction

Start by locating the existing Windows Phone filter and tracing how app platforms and active appgallery.huawei.com IDs are represented. Add HarmonyOS as a separate filter, ensure apps with documented AppGallery IDs appear when active, and verify both proposal checklist items in the catalog.
