Description
Problem to solve
People do not know how to add an app into the catalog.
Proposal
Add button "Submission" (or other word to include all users?). Show a modal (or link to github wiki or osm wiki) to explain how to add and document apps.
- With good examples from apps in wikidata and wiki.osm.org
- Explain that this also contributes to visibility in other ways on other platforms
- Make clear this is a hobby project
- Make clear how the apps get visibile, score, user context
- maybe create faq
- add copyright notice https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/OSM_Apps_Catalog#Copyright_notice
