[Web][W3.2] Implement collection inspection, filtering, sorting, and pagination widgets

Objective

Implement bounded collection inspection using the shared data composites and canonical TinyChain query/state operations.

Scope

Collection/table renderer, server-authoritative filter/sort/page requests, cursor/page state, cancellation, stale-result suppression, partial/error/empty states, and permission-aware row/detail navigation.

Acceptance criteria

• Filtering, sorting and pagination serialize through the canonical JS client.
• Rapid changes cancel or ignore stale responses deterministically.
• Counts, autocomplete, errors and empty states do not infer hidden records.
• Large-result and narrow-viewport behavior is usable and bounded.
• Keyboard, browser, accessibility and visual evidence pass human review.

Required visual evidence

The draft PR must provide a runnable component-gallery route plus before/after screenshots at 390×844, 768×1024, and 1440×900. Cover light, dark, high-contrast, default, hover, focus-visible, disabled, loading, empty, error, and overflow states applicable to the component. Playwright must exercise keyboard interaction and capture deterministic screenshots. A reviewer other than the implementing agent must approve intentional baseline changes; screenshot generation or a passing pixel threshold is not visual approval.

Resolve prerequisites #80 and #82, then inspect web/src/state-widgets/collections/, web/src/ui/gallery/, web/tests/, and js/src/. Run cd web && npm ci followed by npm run test:all, and use the gallery route plus Playwright tests as the entry points. Done requires bounded collection states, canonical requests, deterministic stale-response handling, and human-reviewed evidence at the specified viewports.
