New line between sections in razor files

I propose we add to the team standards to put a new line in razor files between the different sections, for example in this file I think there should be a new line after the first line then after the next two lines. Implements, Injects and Usings should be their own sections basically, thoughts?

The issue provides a before/after example for Razor directives but names no standards file or test. Start by locating the repository's team standards or Razor guidance, then document the requested blank-line grouping and confirm the convention is recorded where those standards are maintained.
