[BUG] Unable to save tiddly wiki when places inside encrypted DMG folder on macOS Big Sur V 11.5.1

Describe the bug
Unable to save, when using a recent TiddlyWiki file in TiddlyDesktop located in an encrypted mac DMG volume. This use to work, however since yesterday on my machine, macOS Big Sur Version 11.5.1 it stopped working.

I can create new tiddlers, however I am unable to save them.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create an encrypted DMG file in Disk Utility
2. Place a tiddler file there
3. Open with Tiddly Desktop
4. Unable to save that Tiddly Wiki

Expected behavior
It should be expected to save, and has worked in the past.

Interestingly it is just encrypted mac DMG volumes, and seems to work on encfs

Start by reproducing the save failure in TiddlyDesktop 0.0.14 on macOS Big Sur with a TiddlyWiki file inside an encrypted DMG, then compare it with the reported working encfs case. Trace the desktop save path and confirm that saving a newly created tiddler succeeds on the encrypted volume.
