Description
This is more of a feature request than an issue (so please let me know if this should go somewhere else), but it would be nice if it were possible to launch an external editor from TiddlyDesktop. I keep my notes in a TiddlyWiki and it would be nice to be able to take notes in Vim with the more sophisticated editing options. It also feels like it would be lighter weight than trying to add a bunch of new options to the in-wiki editor.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating how TiddlyDesktop handles tiddler editing and external process launching, then assess the scope of integrating an editor such as Vim. Done would mean a defined workflow for opening and saving a tiddler's markup through an external editor.
