Description

I already use your .exe from your dedicated AHK repository for this function. Is this the same thing just built into Opus? How is it different or is it just same thing distributed within other packaging? If I could have the capabilities of this script without having to have the thing running in the background and be a dedicated program with it's own taskbar item (I'm a minimalist, i just hate a lot of extra crap running on my rig) that would tickle me pink. Oh, I am already a user of fastkeys, which i know is just a retarded form of autohotkeys, but sadly i discovered it before i found ahk and was set in my ways and now I am just hard headed and don't want to get rid of it. But if I could get your ExplorerDialogPathSelector to work within that (which i have tried and failed - which doesn't really mean all that much. If you goto the Fastkeys user forum you'll find a bout 50 posts started by me asking for he help of the creators.
Anywho, just some questions. I appreciate your hard work and your creations. Thank you for sharing your stuff with the world.

Research direction

Start by comparing ExplorerDialogPathSelector.ahk with the existing executable from the dedicated AHK repository and the Fastkeys integration mentioned in the issue. Clarify whether the requested outcome is an in-process Directory Opus script or Fastkeys compatibility; the work is done only when the required path-selection capabilities and packaging behavior are specified.
