Problem Description
Currently, orgAdmins must configure custom cache values, TLP, PAP values and rate limits for each analyzer flavor. However, often times, quotas/rates and such are applicable at the analyzer level.
Possible Solutions
As API keys, it should be possible to specify custom cache values, TLP, PAP values and rate limits at the Org > Analyzers Config level.
