[Bug] Analyzer Hybrid-Analysis API Key cant be loaded

Describe the bug
I input my Secret & API Key, I run Hybrid Analysis hash, filename, ip and I get the error API Key cannot be loaded.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Read the description, doesnt work any which way you do it.
Expected behavior
API key isn't being loaded from config.

Work environment
- Client OS: Win10
- Server OS: Linux/Docker
- Browse type and version: Chrome 86
- Cortex version: 3.4.2-1
- Cortex Analyzer/Responder name: Hybrid Analysis Get Report
- Cortex Analyzer/Responder version: 1.0
