NHP Programme wishes to fix these operational parameters.
Workload
- General outpatient consultation - first appt. - duration 30m
- General outpatient consultation - follow-up appt. - duration 20m
- Virtual outpatient consulation - first appt. - duration 30m
- Virtual outpatient consulation - follow-up appt. - duration 20m
Operational
- Outpatient minor procedure - annual operational hours - 55 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
We should consider whether changes to assumed time lost to DNAs are required (currently 20m for all types of activity).
