Regarding interventional radiology and cardiac catheter activity:
although it's not formally codified in the classification logic for identifying either of these types of activity I imagine (although I haven't checked) that the majority of this activity will be Daycase. I think in the first instance we probably need to confirm this as if the vast majority was daycase then we might want to consider adding CLASS_DAYCASE
