Suggestion from @tomjemmett - we use the term BIRTH throughout docs, e.g. CLASS_BIRTH_EVENT and CLASS_BIRTH_NONELECTIVE_C_SECTION
Would it be better to use the term DELIVERY instead of BIRTH, throughout? Delivery refers to the patient whose record we're using. Birth refers to the child.
