Description
Currently users are shown the relative change to 6 decimal places - seems excessive, and users have questioned whether this is needed.
I'd suggest 2 or 3 would be sufficient? Any reason why we have so many?

Research direction
Start by locating the Shiny UI or output code that displays the relative change to users. Check how the current six-decimal formatting is applied and whether related tests or examples cover this display. Done means the relative change uses an agreed two- or three-decimal format, with the choice confirmed before implementation.
