Description
From eyeballing the NHP Inputs Report, it looks as though 95%-100% is a frequent confidence interval set by users for activity mitigators.
Is it possible that the current default position of the sliders (95% & 100%) is having an 'anchoring' effect on users?
While schemes engaging with stakeholders who don't possess logins would likely negate any effect, if the core team are using 'print to PDF' to share input data, this would also expose those individuals to that same reference point.
@matt-dray Do you think there is a viable alternative? (0%-100%?) Or am I (most likely) overthinking this?

Research direction
Start by reviewing the NHP Inputs Report and the current confidence interval slider defaults. Assess whether the 95%-100% position could anchor users and whether an alternative such as 0%-100% is viable; the issue is complete when a replacement default is agreed and implemented.
