Description
Codeowners in the way we work section for GitHub only refers currently to owner and deputy but some repositories have more than one person who are responsible, are part of GitHub groups that are listed as Codeowner. As mentioned in this PR this avoids messages going to every person and allows for "only notify requested team members".
