Description

We should record two things:

  1. Our process for switching a large number of repos from private to open (especially @StatsRhian's organisation, like the parent/child issues per repo), plus any lessons learned.
  2. Code to run to check for secrets (@ai-mindset had some nice examples for nhp_products)

We may find this info useful in future and should be able to find it quickly. Others may also find this useful.

Now is a good time becuase most of the repos have been opened that need to be, plus the open-source announcement has happened (and an award has been won!).
