It'd be very helpful if ClojureDart had something similar to use in tests

Research direction
Start by reviewing how Clojure's with-redefs is used in tests to override constants and inject faults, then inspect the ClojureDart testing support for an appropriate entry point. The issue names no files or tests, so the expected semantics and completion criteria need to be clarified before implementation.
