Description

When extending a class with deftype, one of deftype fields (the ones specified in the vector right after the type name) may conflict with a property or a method of the extended type.
We should at least warn about this shadowing or even error.

Research direction

Start by locating the deftype implementation and the handling of its field vector when extending a class. Trace how properties and methods of the extended type are resolved, then define regression coverage showing the chosen warning or error for a name collision. Done means field/member shadowing is consistently reported.
