Research direction
Start with the README's "How to run a sample project" instructions and reproduce clj -Mcljd flutter on Windows 11. Investigate the exit code 65 error, "Cannot run an executable in a subdirectory of a dependency." Done means the documented sample command runs successfully on Windows 11.
