extends创建工具类遇到的问题？

Description
1、定义的类，是不是不需要定义namespace。是框架路由自动定义的吗？
2、看样例，extends的类方法都定义为“静态”，可以定义类的方法为“动态”吗？我不知道如何在Action里面引用extends的动态方法？
请指教一下，这个坎过不去，哈。
