flutter demo error

出现问题：
APP闪退

复现步骤：
Flutter版本demo，观众退出直播间后或者主播关闭直播后，切换tab到我的页面，然后再次切换到直播页面。

Start by reproducing the crash in the Flutter demo using the reported tab-switching sequence after leaving or closing a live room. Review the fatal SIGSEGV backtrace, especially libtuikitengineroom.so and the live_list_extension fetchLiveList log. No source file or test is named; done means the sequence no longer crashes on the reported device and the regression is covered or reproducible for verification.
