Description
Size: L — needs design spec first.
Housework has a "recurring" flag but nothing schedules or reminds; there's no cron/reminder infrastructure at all.
Scope
Add recurring-entry scheduling (habits, chores, bills, meal prep) plus due / streak-at-risk reminders — web push (tied to the PWA issue) and/or email via the existing Resend integration. Turns passive tracking into an active planner. Overlaps with the shared-section notification request (#29); design them together.

Research direction
No files or tests are named. Start with the required design spec, then review shared-section notification request #29, the PWA issue, and the existing Resend integration; done means the combined scheduling and notification design is agreed and the recurring-entry and reminder scope is implemented.
