Description
On any version of iOS 9, the quick reply function outside of the app does not work (appear) at all. It treats it as a standard notification, which requires opening the app to reply to someone.
How to replicate: On any iOS 9.0-9.3.5 device with Telegram 5.0+ installed, attempt to reply to someone from the lockscreen, the Notification Center, or a banner
