Checklist
✅ I am reporting an issue in existing functionality that does not work as intended
✅I've searched for existing GitHub issues only to be faced with already closed issues telling me to update to latest version of telegram
Description
When I try to use the Scribble feature introduced in iPadOS 14 on Telegram's text field in chats, it doesn't work. On rare occasions I see Apple Pencil being recognised as I'm able to scribble something, but it bugs out, the keyboard pops up and nothing happens after sending the first message on app restart
Expected Behavior
Scribble should work properly just like on Safari, Notes and other native first-party apps.
Actual Behavior
Scribble doesn't work or is buggy on Telegram.
Steps to Reproduce
Try writing something on the text field in Telegram with Apple Pencil on an iPad.
Environment
Device: iPad Pro 2020
iOS version: iPadOS 14.1
App version: Latest

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue in Telegram's chat text field on an iPad Pro 2020 running iPadOS 14.1, then compare Scribble behavior with Safari or Notes. Done means Apple Pencil text entry works reliably and the typed message can be sent without the keyboard taking over or Scribble stopping.
