Description
When I'm trying to set a background image it crops the picture so it doesn't fit the screen and looks pixelated.
Expected Behavior
Background image have to fit the screen.
Actual Behavior
BG image crops and looks pixelated.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open Telegram.
- Set up any photo as a BG image.
