Half-speed messages on iOS 14.0.1, even after third full DFU restore...

Description

I have been facing a very awkward with behaviour in Telegram on the previous 13.x up to the most recent 14.0.1 OS where my voice messages are played...at half speed. It feels like the sound is recorded in full speed but then down-sampled to half speed which makes it sound incredibly choppy and weird.

Expected Behavior

Have voice messages recorded at full, normal speed.

Actual Behavior

Every other app - WhatsApp and alike - record the audio just fine and properly, but Telegram does not.

Steps to Reproduce

I wish I knew how I even ended up here...

This is the sound sent. I used my Matrix client to fetch the audio and post it here, but it was recorded on my phone.

Environment

Device: iPhone XR
iOS version: 14.0.1
App version: 7.1.1

No source file, test, or reproducible trigger is identified in the report. Start by examining the attached OGG recording and attempting reproduction with an iPhone XR on iOS 14.0.1 and Telegram 7.1.1; done means voice messages play at normal speed.
