Telegram call freezes on "Connecting...".

Description

Cannot call the person by calling him/her via telegram video call or telegram phonecall.

Expected Behavior

When I call another person via a video call or a regular phone call, it should be displayed "Calling", along with an audible ringing signal, and when the person picks up the phone to answer my call, the "Connecting..." should be displayed and then it is finally connected, the timer should be displayed,

Actual Behavior

Sometimes, when I call or accept a call, the telegram freezes at the moment "Connecting ..." and it doesn't connect to the incoming/outcoming call even after some time. I need to hang up and call via other applications. At the same time, when I call back the same person via WhatsApp / Facetime, the connection to him/her occurs instantly. Especially, this problem occurs when a video call is made.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Call someone
2. The person on another line has to pick up the call
3. Watch the telegram's behaviour

Environment

Device: iPhone XS/iPad 11 Pro/MacOS

iOS version: 14.0/ 14.0.1

App version: 7.0.2 (17891)

Start by reproducing an incoming or outgoing Telegram call that remains at “Connecting...” on the listed devices and app versions. Compare regular and video calls, then verify that a successful call connects and displays its timer; the payload names no files, tests, or code entry points.
