Telegram notification problems (for IOS) 15.5.2

Describe the issue that you are experiencing
Notifications are received very late after the update (15.5.2). For example: I'm sitting through a computer version of Telegram Desktop (1.9.21) and have a friend write me. I do not open the dialog specifically and I wait and in 2-3 minutes a notification comes to my iPhone. Why so? Once upon a time everything came. P.S. I have the latest version of iOS (13.3.1) installed. Dear Telegram developers, I ask you to resolve this issue in the nearest Telegram 5.16 update! I am waiting for an answer.
