Description
STR:
- Reply to a message in a group chat via a voice message.
- With VoiceOver on, try to double-tap that message to play back.
- Expected: Playback should start.
- Actual: VoiceOver does not activate playback of that particular type of message.
Normal messages which are not a reply to some other message work fine.

Start by reproducing the reported flow in the Telegram iOS app: reply to a group-chat message with a voice message, enable VoiceOver, and double-tap it. Compare the accessibility activation path for that reply with a normal voice message. Done means VoiceOver starts playback for the reply while normal voice-message playback continues to work.
