Description
The docs state that the most recent supported API is 1.37.
According to docker's release history, that corresponds to engine 18.05. The release notes for that version show it to have been released on 2018-04-25 (roughly five years ago 😮).
I'm using docker engine 24 and I'm worried of compatibility issues.
I'm using the latest tagged version of tecnativa/docker-socket-proxy:0.1.1 (i.e. "latest"), because we need that for stability and reproducibility (just good sysadmin practice).
I note that there is lots of activity on this repo, but only one tagged release. Any plans to make another release?

Research direction
The issue points to the Supported API Versions documentation, Docker's API version matrix, and the v18.05.0-ce release notes; review these alongside the current 0.1.1 tag. Done would require an agreed release plan and a newer tagged image, but no repository file or test is identified.
