Describe the bug
If a dev adds the task after a PR is created and we re run the action its coming back with task found.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Create new PR with no teamwork url in description.
- Let action complete.
- Edit description to have Teamwork URL.
- Re run action.
Expected behavior
I would expect to see the teamwork task tagged with PR Open and a comment with the PR info.
