Description
Screen shaders added by mods that are applied before UI is drawn would be nice to add less intrusive screen filters (ie. screen distortion akin to Wavy Cap, spotlight effects, etc.).

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Begin by locating the mod screen-shader and UI-rendering paths in the C++ script extender for The Binding of Isaac: Repentance, then clarify how a shader should run before UI without affecting it. Done means the requested pre-UI screen filters work for mods and are covered by an appropriate verification path.
