Description

Players spawned via InitTwin are disassociated from their primary twin upon save & continue, rendering them as just a co-op player with no way to re-associate them as the twin of another player, or even reassign their ControllerIndex.

Research direction

Start by locating the EntityPlayer::InitTwin implementation and the save-and-continue handling it interacts with. Reproduce the issue by saving and continuing with a player spawned through InitTwin, then verify that the twin association and ControllerIndex remain recoverable afterward.
