Description
A very minor / understandably fiddly request.
Reasoning for why I want something like this is when working, I shift between the two modes a lot, and due to docking the console on the right in fullscreen, going windowed then shifts it over, and it's in the middle of the screen when in fullscreen again.
Plus the console often ends up way too big in windowed, and I have to then go fullscreen to make it smaller (as all the resize tabs are on the bottom of the console).
Just fiddly stuff that's easy enough to work around, but a bit frustrating to deal with as often as I do.
As JSG put it: "this one seems viable, annoying to implement and a little niche, but viable"

Research direction
Start by locating the ImGui console window handling and the transitions between fullscreen and windowed modes. Trace how the console position and size are retained in each mode. Done means each mode restores its own console position and dimensions without disrupting docking or resizing.
