Description

When I try to launch the game through the Repentogon Launcher, it instantly closes during the "Copying mod files from steam..." window. Steam launches the normal version of the game just fine.

launcher.log: https://pastebin.com/gtnD4Fgd
updater.log: https://pastebin.com/XVybfMXK

I have the latest version of the game on Steam, I've tried the "Re-Install/Repair REPENTOGON" option, I've tried disabling all mods, I've tried verifying the game files.
I'm on Windows 10, the launcher is inside a "REPENTOGONLauncher" folder in the game's directory, and as far as I know it's pointing to the correct isaac-ng.exe

Also idk if this is related but everytime I open the launcher it goes through the installation setup again? But it just says "Repentogon succesfully installed" instantly and opens the launcher

Research direction

Start by reading launcher.log and updater.log, then reproduce the crash on Windows 10 while the launcher is copying mod files from Steam. Trace the launcher entry point responsible for that stage and the installation setup that repeats on each launch. Done means the game launches successfully and the setup does not rerun unnecessarily.
