Description
YouTube, PeerTube and media.ccc.de have a separste folder for the LinkHandlers and the actual Extractors. media.ccc.de even has a separate folder in there for the InfoItemExtractors. SoundCloud doesn't have any of that. I also don't think the ParsingHelpers should go into the linkhandlers package.

Research direction
Compare the package structure for YouTube, PeerTube, media.ccc.de, and SoundCloud, focusing on LinkHandlers, Extractors, InfoItemExtractors, and ParsingHelpers. Determine a consistent organization and clarify where ParsingHelpers belong outside the linkhandlers package; done means the service packages follow the agreed structure.
