Feature description
Be available to extract video stream from local (or remote) TubeArchivist (https://github.com/tubearchivist/tubearchivist) instance(s).
Why do you want this feature?
YouTube changes API logic almost monthly, age-restricted videos request to login, members-only content isn't possible to play, A/B tests are annoying issues to debug, etc.
TubeArchivist is an open-source project and stable alternative. Its not a proxy to YouTube, it is a self hosted YouTube media server.
Additional information
I wasn't able to suggest this on the main NewPipe GitHub page since my profile doesn't have any contributions. Thank you for letting my voice be heard!

Research direction
Start by reading the NewPipe Extractor architecture and its existing streaming-site integrations; no specific files or tests are identified in the issue. Then investigate the TubeArchivist project and its available API, defining the supported instance access and extraction behavior before implementation. Done means video streams can be extracted from local or remote TubeArchivist instances.
