Description

I think it can be a bug in Extractor. I noticed this behavior on several channels but most often it's related to LinusTechTips channel.
I'm subscribing LTT channel and on youtube website I can see that a new video was posted 30-40 minutes ago but if I reload what's new tab or channel video list it's not there. Sometimes (sorry, I don't know how often because I don't use youtube website almost at all) such video isn't visible in NewPipe even after 4 hours. And it happend quite often but usually it doesn't took this long.

Btw I have "fetch from dedicated feed" option disabled. I think this may be important here. I know this method has a bug but I kinda like the way it doesn't show shorts.

Research direction

Start by tracing the Extractor path used for the NewPipe What's New tab and channel video list, comparing it with the disabled dedicated-feed path. Reproduce the delay for a newly posted video, especially on LinusTechTips, and determine whether the extraction result is missing or delayed. Done means new videos appear without the reported multi-hour delay while preserving the dedicated-feed option behavior.
