Show normal comments and live chat on videos when the video is not live yet

Add a feature to be able to display the usual comment field on videos that will be broadcast live.

and also the option to show live chat, if possible

when I open it in the browser there are a lot of people commenting even though the video hasn't been shown yet.

How will you/everyone benefit from this feature?

People can see the comments column even though the live video has not been shown without going through the browser

and also view live chat without going through native YT app

Start by tracing NewPipe's video playback and existing comment or live-chat handling for live videos; the issue does not name specific files or tests. Done means users can access normal comments and, where supported, live chat for videos scheduled to broadcast without using a browser or native YouTube app.
