Description

Under 'Settings' > 'Behaviour', pressing 'Archive Extract Folder' results in the following error message:
"Your app has not been granted the READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission."

I don't see how this is the case.

Research direction

Start by reproducing Settings > Behaviour > Archive Extract Folder on Android 11 using the reported Samsung setup, then trace the permission check associated with that action. Done means identifying why the permission state is reported incorrectly and confirming that the archive extraction flow works or gives an accurate permission message.
