Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently Quick access options & Bookmarks are fixed.
(Though its possible to change bookmark path (#2805) or delete & recreate which does same job for sorting. But it's not same as sorting. Plus changing path, delete, recreate requires some brainstorming unnecessarily)
This feature gives users more freedom by giving option to sort them according to their choice :)
Sidebar Bookmarks👇🏿 (these are bookmarks not shortcuts as mentioned here #2653)

Sidebar Quick accesses👇🏿

Describe the solution you'd like
Long click & drag up/down to sort them according to your choice from Settings> Sidebar> Bookmarks & Settings> Sidebar> Quick accesses, the sorting should update in Amaze sidebar...

Research direction
Start in Settings > Sidebar > Bookmarks and Settings > Sidebar > Quick accesses, then trace how those lists are displayed in the Amaze sidebar. Compare the requested long-press drag behavior with the linked uHabits example and determine how ordering is retained. Done means users can reorder both lists and see the same order in the sidebar.
