Description
Currently shortcuts are confusing because:
- They all have the same icon so differentiating between them becomes naturally harder
- They share the same icon with the app which further cause confusing (and since it's a folder icon it doesn't feel appropriate for files)
Hopefully this should be as easy as I think to implement.

Research direction
Start by locating the shortcut UI and the icon resources or rendering logic used for app, file, and folder shortcuts. Compare how each shortcut type is identified, then verify that file and folder shortcuts use distinct, appropriate icons rather than sharing the app or folder icon.
