Describe the bug and the steps to reproduce it

The react pacer devtools packages seems to have an incorrect 0.14.0 version published on npm which does not align with the GitHub Releases. However, this faulty version is being picked up by tools such as renovate and Dependabot as the current, newest version according to SemVer.
